Fashionmall.com Inc. acquires 3 fashion web sites
fashionmall.com Inc. has completed three acquisitions of the web operations and intellectual property assets over the last three months, including the teen fashion property mxgonline.com (MoxieGirl), the petite apparel portal ItsyBits.com and, most recently, beauty site beuatyjungle.com. "These three properties extend our reach within the fashion and beauty category significantly", says fashionmall.com Inc. CEO Ben Narasin. "With these acquisitions we now have up to eight properties under management which give us an extensive reach in fashion and beauty and which create a valuable offering for advertisers and tenants looking to reach a fashion focused audience on the web." The company is evaluating which properties will be re-launched as freestanding domains and which could be integrated into the fashionmall.com site.
