Touch Clarity, a provider of technology that analyzes online shopping behavior, has named former WebTrends vice president of marketing Brent Hieggelke to the new position of chief marketing officer.
Hieggelke will lead Touch Clarity’s branding and marketing positioning strategies, demand-generation efforts and analyst and public relations. A 6-year veteran of analytics technology provider WebTrends, Hieggelke will work to expand Touch Clarity’s customer base in North America and the U.K.
Touch Clarity, which operates with dual headquarters in Boston and London, offers a hosted analytics application that provides real-time data on how online shoppers are responding to site content.
