Release Introduces MarketTrack(tm), CRM System and Enhancements to
Checkout System

announced the immediate availability of MarketTrack(tm), the industry`s
first analytics suite that allows ChannelAdvisor customers to measure
marketplace traffic and success of marketplace promotions. In addition,
ChannelAdvisor has launched ChannelAdvisor Contact(tm), a customer
relationship management system and improvements to ChannelAdvisor
Checkout(tm) both designed to meet the needs of marketplace sellers.

Enhancements to ChannelAdvisor Checkout improves the buyer user experience
by incorporating a simplified step-by-step process including the ability
to create buyer profiles, store multiple addresses and payment
preferences, offer product recommendations for additional purchases and
provide opt-in opportunities for merchant special offers.
