of 2002 produced a number of encouraging results.
In January, Responsys expanded its suite of application services by acquiring
NetAcumen, a second-generation Web analytics company. Responsys added many new
global enterprises to its client roster, including Chanel, Intrawest (NYSE: IDR),
RSA Security (Nasdaq: RSAS), TravelSmith (a Cornerstone affiliate), Mercer Human
Resource Consulting and many others. The company also broadened its alliance
channel by completing an application integration partnership with Pivotal Corporation.

With the January acquisition of NetAcumen, Responsys has become the first company

the NetAcumen solutions as Responsys Website Analyzer(TM) and Responsys Scorecard(TM).
