Responsys Marks the First Quarter of 2002 with Customer Growth and CRM Product Line Expansion

In January, Responsys expanded its suite of application services by acquiring NetAcumen, a second-generation Web analytics company. Responsys added many new global enterprises to its client roster, including Chanel, Intrawest (NYSE: IDR), RSA Security (Nasdaq: RSAS), TravelSmith (a Cornerstone affiliate), Mercer Human Resource Consulting and many others. The company also broadened its alliance channel by completing an application integration partnership with Pivotal Corporation.

NetAcumen Technology Integration
