TEWKSBURY, Mass.- May 1, 2002 - Yantra Corporation (www.yantra.com), the

today announced a new license agreement with Best Buy Co., Inc. (NYSE: BBY),

sites under the names: Best Buy (BestBuy.com), Magnolia Hi-Fi

logistics providers and service providers.

while improving our service levels. Equally important, it gives us
incredible flexibility as we look to grow our business and integrate new
