KANA Announces Departure of Chief Financial Officer
MENLO PARK, Calif. - May 9, 2002 -KANA® (NASDAQ: KANA), the leading provider of external-facing eCRM solutions, today announced that Brett White is no longer serving as its Chief Financial Officer.
“My tenure as CFO of KANA has been both challenging and rewarding,” said Brett White. “Now that KANA is realizing the benefits of its recent restructuring and equity financings the time is right for me to focus on family and on new endeavors.”
Joseph McCarthy, vice president of finance for KANA, will manage the finance and accounting functions while the Company searches for a successor to Mr. White. Mr. McCarthy has served with KANA as VP of Finance for a total of three years.
