WebSideStory gets a new CFO
Claire Long has been named chief financial officer for WebSideStory Inc., on-demand marketing applications and analytics provider. She replaces Tom Willardson, who has taken a position as CFO of retailer Cost Plus Inc.
Long was most recently director of finance and corporate controller for Memec, a global semiconductor distributor with more than $2 billion in revenues in 2004. It was acquired by Avnet Inc. in July 2005. She also served for more than five years at Big Four accounting firms before moving to the operating side of financial controls and reporting.
