Prospectiv has launched Healthier.com, a promotions platform for health, beauty and wellness-focused brand marketers. The site is designed to help consumers search for information, tips, promotions and products while enabling brand marketers to acquire new customers.
When visiting Healthier.com, consumers cans register for exclusive health offers, samples and coupons from top brands in addition to product information, and health-related tips and recipes, the company says. Marketers who present offers through Prospectiv’s online acquisition program and the web site will be able to identify customers interested in specific health and wellness offers, and, with the consumers’ permission, acquire highly specific profile data about their personal health interests and preferences.
“More customers today are researching products and services online and they’re hungry for information that is geared toward their specific interests,” said Jere Doyle, Prospectiv’s president and CEO. “Healthier.com provides an online community where millions of self-profiled consumers can access the health and wellness information they want, while our consumer brand marketing clients can deliver the right offer to the right person at the right time.”
A 2005 Prospectiv Consumer Preference Index poll found that 92% of consumers surveyed said they are interested in visiting web sites focused on treatments for their specific ailments.
