Timebeat.com teen web site plans to relocate and open showrooms
Timebeat.com Enterprises Inc., which
plans to file a registration statements soon, has agreed to move the place
of incorporation from the Yukon Territory, Canada to Nevada, subject to
shareholder approval at a special meeting that will be announced the week
following the filing of the registration statement.
In addition, Timebeat plans to open a showroom in West Palm Beach, Fla., to
feature items from its timebeat4teens web site. The showroom will sell web
items on a wholesale basis to select retail stores and individual consumers
on a by-appointment basis and will offer fashion shows highlighting leading
designer apparel and footwear from the web site.
Timebeat4teens also expects
to hire sales representatives for popular labels in its fashion line.
Currently, Timebeat4teens has 8,000 items online and is in activating its shopping cart. Timebeat.com is focused on designing and
operating interactive web sites in the young adult market. Its newest
website, timebeat4teens.com, targets Generation X and Y. Gen X includes 45
million computer literate consumers between 21 and 35 with $125
billion in purchasing power. Generation Y includes 60 million consumers
between 10 and 24, a group that is growing 19.5% faster than
the overall U.S. population and accounts for more than $250 billion of
disposable income.
