Did-it Search Marketing hires a new sales and marketing chief

Did-it Search Marketing has hired Michael Ford as senior vice president of sales & marketing. He also will be responsible for business development initiatives.

Ford was president and founder of Computer.com. He also has held positions in sales, business development and sales management at Quigo Technologies, Computer Associates, Axeda Systems, Toshiba and BOSE Corp.

"Mike offers the unique combination of sales, marketing and business development with an entrepreneurial spirit that is a pre-requisite to win in the ever-changing market of auction-based media," said Did-it CEO Bill Wise. "Mike's experience with both traditional and online marketing will be instrumental in adding value for our clients."
