eBay and OneMade.com link to sell handmade items

eBay and OneMade.com today announced an alliance to create the Artisan Showcase. The Artisan Showcase will expand eBay`s global marketplace for unique handmade products while providing OneMade`s members, including artisans, dealers, galleries, artisan guilds and festival and show promoters, access to eBay`s trading community of approximately 22.5 million registered users.

eBay will sell unique items that range from Bird of Paradise masks made on the islands of Bali and Java to jewelry to handmade jigsaw puzzles. Sellers can visit OneMade.com to join the Artisan Showcase and list their products in either eBay`s auction-style or Buy It Now fixed price format tools.

OneMade, a marketplace for handmade items, aims to help artisans, dealers and retailers of handmade products grow their business on the Internet. The company offers a package to help its members display, promote and sell their products online.
