The National Retail Federation has elected three new members to its board of directors:
• Jane Elfers, president and CEO of Lord & Taylor. Elfers has been with Lord & Taylor since 1989 and was named president and CEO in June 2000.
• Kay Krill, president and CEO of Ann Taylor Stores Corp., CEO since October 2005 after serving as president and a member of the board of directors. Krill has also worked for Macy’s and Talbot’s.
• Richard Simonin, CEO of Europe-based ETAM Group. He previously was CEO of Harrods Ltd., and was an executive at Pinault-Printemps-Redoute and Louis Vuitton-Moet Hennessy. ETAM Group, a privately held designer and seller of women’s clothing and lingerie, has over 1200 stores around the world.
The NRF’s board of directors is comprised of more than 50 industry executives.
