Commission Junction reorganizes executive team

Commission Junction, a unit of ValueClick Inc. that offers software and services for affiliate marketing and managed Internet search marketing, has restructured its executive team to separately serve eastern and western regions of the U.S.

Dave Osman has been named vice president, client development—west, and will be responsible for the advertiser and publisher development teams and clients located west of the Mississippi River.

Kerri Pollar has been named vice president, client development—east, and will be responsible for the advertiser and publisher development teams and their clients located east of the Mississippi.

“This organizational change enables us to provide an even greater level of personal involvement by our most senior leaders and their teams in all levels of our advertisers’ and publishers’ businesses,” said Tom Vadnais, CEO of ValueClick and general manager of Commission Junction and Mediaplex, a provider of online advertising technology and services.

ValueClick, which also owns shopping comparison site PriceRunner.com, has agreed to acquire MeziMedia Inc., which owns and operates comparison shopping site Smarter.com and coupon site CouponMountain.com.
