E-commerce platform provider Art Technology Group Inc. has named Drew Reynolds to the newly created position of senior vice president of corporate development, with responsibilities for strategic relationships, including mergers and acquisitions.
“ATG’s strategy is to build upon our position as an e-commerce industry leader through partnerships and by acquisition, as well as organically,” says Bob Burke, president and CEO. “To that end, we are very pleased to announce the addition of Drew Reynolds to the ATG family.” Reynolds will report to Burke.
Reynolds most recently served as vice president of corporate development for Hyperion Solutions Inc., a provider of business intelligence software, where he executed acquisitions and managed post-merger integration. Previously, he was responsible for strategic corporate and marketing efforts at CMGI Inc., a diversified technology company.
