INSTORECARD, INC. CHANGES NAME TO LOYALTY LAB, INC.

Announces Four New Clients and Two Program Launches

San Francisco, Calif., — May 24, 2005 — InStorecard, Inc., the leader in on-demand retail loyalty and customer management announced today that it has changed its company name to Loyalty Lab, Inc in order to better communicate the company’s 100% focus on retail loyalty and customer management solutions. The company is also expanding its offering to provide complete 360 degree customer management for retailers.

Loyalty Lab provides retailers with low cost on-demand loyalty and customer management solutions where retailers use a standard web browser to create and implement customer-centric loyalty programs and marketing campaigns. Prior to LoyaltyLab, retailers were forced to spend up to 10x the time and money to implement similar programs. By serving up the solution as an ASP, now merchants of all sizes and budgets can implement multi-channel loyalty and reward programs quickly and inexpensively.

“The retail market has a tremendous need for a lower cost option that ties loyalty and customer management together into one solution,” said Mark H. Goldstein, CEO of Loyalty Lab. “Our customers want a complete solution that includes campaigns and deeper web integration. We see this as a natural progression from a point solution to a suite that handles all the loyalty marketing needs of customer centric retailers.”

In addition, Loyalty Lab is pleased to announce agreements with the following premium retailers: Pfaltzgraff, Wine.com, Relax The Back and Car Toys. Two of these retailers recently launched loyalty programs powered by Loyalty Lab: Club W from Wine.com and Pfaltzgraff Rewards from Pfaltzgraff. Both join the six existing Loyalty Lab customers including Smith & Hawken.

“We are pleased with all of the latest developments at Loyalty Lab, increasingly being recognized as one of the primary loyalty and CRM services providers for retailers,” said Goldstein. “The goal for the rest of 2005 is to launch an additional 15 retail loyalty programs and end the year as the largest retail loyalty systems provider in the nation.”
