RedCelsius Announces Additions to Executive Team
VP of Business Development, VP of Human Resources Round Out Seasoned Management Team
RedCelsius, a leading provider of open and interoperable CRM and e-commerce applications for Fortune 200 companies, today announced the appointment of Kim R. Treaster as Vice President of Business Development and Joel Tokarz as Vice President of Human Resources.
As the new Vice President of Business Development, Kim Treaster brings 17 years of technology industry experience. In his new role, Mr. Treaster is responsible for building RedCelsius` strategic partner program, including formal relationships with technology and software providers, systems integrators and channel sales partners. Prior to RedCelsius, Mr. Treaster established and implemented global alliance and channel programs for software companies and systems integrators. He has held senior management positions in Big Five consultancies, where he tripled company revenues through strategic partner relationships and established indirect European and Asia Pac sales channels programs. Mr. Treaster will report to Ken Barwick, president and COO, RedCelsius.
As the new Vice President of Human Resources, Joel Tokarz brings 20 years of human resources management and diverse high technology industry experience. In his new role, Mr. Tokarz is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including organizational planning, performance management, benefits administration, recruiting and risk management. Prior to RedCelsius, Mr. Tokarz was the Vice President of Human Resources for Enterpulse (formerly Third Millennium Communications, Inc.) a provider of web strategy and integration services and Eltrax Systems, Inc. a full service (ASP) Application Service Provider. Mr. Tokarz will report to Bill Fielder, CFO, RedCelsius.
