Netgrocer.com (http://www.netgrocer.com), a category leading nationwide on-line retailer, announced today that it has been named a top e-retailing site in PlanetFeedback.com`s 2000 Consumers` Voice Awards. PlanetFeedback, regarded as the nation`s leading online consumer feedback service, presented awards to 24 companies, across 11 different industries, which received the highest percentage of positive feedback from PlanetFeedback users last year.

According to PlanetFeedback data, over 80% of Netgrocer`s consumer responses are complimentary, compared to an industry average of only 39%. Some notable areas receiving exceptionally high marks are product selection, price/value, customer service, and delivery.

The Consumers` Voice Awards were based on more than 170,000 feedback letters sent to PlanetFeedback during the year 2000. The letters were analyzed, and the companies ranked based on PlanetFeedback users` self-reported levels of satisfaction.

As part of the award, excerpts from PlanetFeedback`s "Shared Letters" posted in reference to the category-winning companies are given high profile on the site in a section entitled "What Consumers Have To Say About Consumers` Voice Winners." On the topic of product delivery, one such Netgrocer consumer exclaimed that "the goods arrive faster than a speeding bullet and in perfect condition."
