NEW YORK, NY AND PRINCETON, NJ— March 12, 2001 — Clients of Expression Engines can now add the convenience, immediacy and power of live voice communications to their direct email marketing campaigns thanks to ITXC Corp (NASDAQ:ITXC), the leading provider of worldwide Internet voice services. The two companies today announced that they are integrating the ITXC Push to TalkSM Service into the Expression Engines email marketing platform.
Through a simple click of a digital button or text link, Push to Talk immediately connects Web and email users to a company’s representative via a phone call. When used in direct email marketing campaigns, this unique service enables businesses to improve customer relationships, boost response rates and close sales more rapidly by generating an instant verbal dialogue. The cost-effective Push to Talk service can be easily integrated into a variety of online formats, from email to banner ads to Web sites.
