The Relizon Company Forms Strategic Alliance with e2 Communications to Enhance eCRM Capabilities for e-mail Marketing Campaigns
DAYTON, Ohio--March 15, 2001--A strategic alliance to deliver interactive e-mail solutions for direct marketing and campaign strategies has been made between The Relizon Company, a leading provider of revenue-generating eCRM solutions, and application service provider e2 Communications.
The application will enhance Relizon`s current e-mail marketing solution by adding advanced campaign analysis features and giving customers the ability to rapidly assess the impact of their e-mail marketing efforts -- all with speed of implementation and ease of use. In addition, the application will fully integrate on-line customer management and support solutions. The resulting analysis can then be interpreted across multiple touchpoints, including direct mail campaigns.
"Through this alliance, Relizon gains a new mechanism for customized e-mail marketing," said Deepak Sircar, senior vice president and general manager, Relizon`s eCRM Group. "Additional benefits our clients will see are a quicker and better way to grow their business through cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and an innovative method of building qualified customer information, which is key to any successful CRM strategy. This alliance is just one more way we can offer options to our clients and give them the effective resources they are looking for."
e2 Communications` flagship service offering, e2Mail Center, is a hosted email marketing and communications automation solution, managed entirely by marketers via their web browser. In addition to the unique adaptive sequenced messaging capabilities provided by the service, e2 plans to introduce integrated wireless capabilities in e2Mail Center in the second quarter of 2001. This offering will allow customers to target marketing to wireless devices, monitor e-marketing campaign performance, or even launch campaigns from wireless devices.
Jeff Farris, president and CEO of e2 Communications, said the new affiliation with Relizon further positions e2 as a leading solution provider for major corporations.
"We are very pleased to partner with such a respected thought leader in CRM solutions as Relizon," Farris said. "Our combined expertise and information sharing will benefit our clients as well as Relizon."
