BENOW CAPS FISCAL 2005 WITH 22% GROWTH, NEW CLIENTS AND EXPANDED SERVICES

WAKEFIELD, MA - June 6, 2005 - BeNOW, the strategic database marketing services provider, has completed its fiscal year 2005 with revenues up 22% from last year. Earnings rose 23% during the same time. Driving this growth is a wave of new business, expanded services, and strategic staffing.

Marketers have reported that BeNOW`s focus on technology solutions and customer analysis for multi-channel marketing increases the value of their marketing investment while optimizing their customer relationships.

MetLife, Tower Records, Saab, and SmartBargains top the list of new clients finding these solutions at BeNOW, including expanded services in the key categories of analytics and database marketing tools:

BeNOW launched its line of MVP Analytics services to help marketers acquire, retain and develop customers.

Offered by BeNOW`s strategic marketing services group, MVP Analytics complements BeNOW`s industry-leading database marketing technology solutions as an analytics methodology that enables marketing to the value & potential of each customer. The MVP suite of products includes customer profiling; customer value chart segmentation; customer scorecard; statistical modeling; and a full reporting suite.

BeNOW also began successfully implementing the smartFOCUS Intelligent Marketing Suite as a component of its hosted database marketing solution for multi-channel marketers. UK-based smartFOCUS was selected because of their history of proven success in the retail and catalog industries, and a unique product design that includes data analysis, modeling, campaign management and reporting capabilities in a single application framework.

On the staffing front, BeNOW named industry veteran Andy Cutler the company`s chief strategy officer. A founding member of BeNOW, Cutler continues to head up its multi-channel retail group while fulfilling his new role by working closely with clients to help them analyze and interpret the data contained within the multi-channel database managed at BeNOW. He then helps develop analytic insights into strategies designed to grow customer relationships over time.

BeNOW also announced the appointment of Ned McMullen to senior vice president of sales. McMullen leads sales efforts for BeNOW`s multi-channel retail segment, drawing on an extensive background working with many industry leaders to develop and implement strategic CRM programs. Prior to joining BeNOW, McMullen was vice president of business development for loyalty marketing provider S&H GreenPoints, specializing in providing database hosting and customer loyalty solutions for consumer retailers.
