Services Division Offers Color Management Consulting and Training Aimed at
Reducing Costs and Improving Productivity for On Screen Imaging Issues
San Francisco (March 19, 2001) - E-Color, the standard for the delivery of
color you can trust on the Web, announced today that renowned color expert

Services division, devoted to improve color production workflows from print
to the Web.
Mr. Kieran will be responsible for heading the division that provides
consulting and training on color management, color correction, and color
production workflow. Developed to educate potential and existing customers
in many aspects of color, E-Color`s Services division addresses the issues
of color quality and productivity increases that are available in
color-managed workflows as well as help companies realize increased value
from their existing visual assets, thereby turning pixels into profits.
Resulting from the use of color management systems based around the
industry-standard ICC (International Color Consortium) color profile format
during the past five years, many leading publishers have significantly
improved their color quality while reducing turnaround times and proofing
costs. E-Color`s Services division is unique in its ability to help
customers not only implement ICC-based systems, but also apply the best
color correction and color workflow practices for their particular
production environment.
"E-Color is committed to helping our customers improve the quality and
reliability of their color workflows, and we`re excited about our new
consulting capabilities for solving color production problems", said Bill
Hilliard, president and CEO of E-Color. "We are thrilled to have a color
visionary of Michael`s caliber join our team."

on electronic color. More than 50,000 people have attended his one-day
seminars on color scanning, color printing, color correction, and color
management systems.
"I am passionate about color quality, and have devoted a lot of time to
helping people in the print publishing world master today`s powerful color
management tools", said Mr. Kieran. "E-Color has by far the best technology
for color management on the Web, so this is a great opportunity for me to
