Channel Blade Technologies Continues to Grow, Expand Into New Markets
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA -- June 20, 2005 -- Channel Blade Technologies has moved to new offices located at 2900 Sabre Street, Suite 50, in the Sabre Office Building in Virginia Beach`s Lynnhaven Business District. The company will immediately occupy 15,000 square feet of the 26,000 sq. ft. facility, leaving slightly more than 10,000 for future expansion.
The building will house Channel Blade`s company management offices and general operations: sales and marketing, account management, application development , web development and data management . Channel Blade currently has 40 employees including web developers, application developers, data management, account management and education specialists.
Charles R. "Chuck" Lewis, executive vice president and managing partner, said Channel Blade`s move was necessary to keep pace with account growth and the company`s expansion into new business segments. Channel Blade Technologies currently serves the marine, power sports, and RV industries, but plans to significantly expand its e-business scope in the future. Lewis said, "We`ve doubled in size over the past 12 months and are looking to staff-up to perhaps 100 employees in the near future."
