This release gives marketers and on-line publishers a sophisticated suite of best-in-class Web-based tools and services to build long-term customer relationships that drive revenue and profitability. FloNetwork clients are being automatically upgraded to the new platform during 1Q 01, as part of FloNetwork Inc.`s commitment to provide continual service improvement.

Data Drives Profit. Clients can access the FloNetwork service over the Web using FloConnect (TM), an XML Application Programming Interface (API). FloConnect is a robust and flexible backbone for data driven messaging, and advertising targeting. Using FloConnect, customer information from virtually any corporate data source is fed automatically into permission-based email marketing and on-line publishing programs. This unparalleled level of e-messaging flexibility and integration is easily implemented with very little IT resource expenditure or involvement that ultimately increases the relevance, and response rate to each message. Active Campaign Management. The new platform also supports "trigger messaging." Key capabilities include full support for a message proofing and testing cycle, which can dramatically reduce the time taken in the early stages of campaign preparation. Reporting has also been upgraded and enhanced to provide new features such as "Active Tracking", a real-time view of campaign performance, which adds to the already rich reporting capabilities including full drill-down analysis and email list generation management to further develop the leading edge FloNetwork Inc is known for.
