Critical Mass adds Web-personalization expertise
CHICAGO, ILL - March 28, 2001 – Critical Mass™ announced today the appointments of two senior industry personalization experts, Scott Martin as Vice President Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Alliances and Kevin Rasmussen as Vice President Consulting Services.

Martin is co-founder and current President of The Personalization Consortium, an advocacy group formed by businesses to promote the beneficial and responsible use of technology for personalizing consumer and business relationships. He was most recently the CEO of NextClick: The Personalization Agency.
As VP Consulting Services, Rasmussen, in concert with Martin, will spearhead the company’s e-business and personalization strategies for its roster of blue-chip international clients. Rasmussen, also from NextClick, sits on the Policy Committee of The Personalization Consortium. He holds an MBA from the University of Alberta and a BSc in Engineering from the University of Calgary.
