QRS Announces New Solution Framework for Retail Supply Chain Management

The solution will meet the complete product life cycle needs of the retail community with capabilities to plan, source, buy and sell, finance, track, price, merchandise and replenish products. The move to a single integrated solution supports QRS` strategy to deliver a comprehensive supply chain management solution and collaborative environment where the retail community can effectively utilize electronic commerce to reduce costs and cycle times associated with the purchase and delivery of consumer goods from manufacturer to retailer.

The product and services under the QRS Tradeweave Retail Network can be deployed as part of a company`s enterprise computing environment or a network-centric service hosted by QRS utilizing QRS`s state-of-the-art computing facilities or a combination of the two. Tradeweave Showroom and Collaborative Planning are currently available via this portal. Over the next several quarters, additional products and services will be offered under the same portal.

The company made the move to the QRS Tradeweave Retail Network along with the Tradeweave name for its new solution when Tradeweave Inc., a subsidiary of QRS, was integrated into the company in the beginning of 2001. The marketplace services that were offered by Tradeweave are now part of the QRS Tradeweave Retail Network.
