The Launch of the Interflora UK Site Caps Novator’s 10-Year History in Online

TORONTO, Ont. – June 23, 2005 – Novator Systems Ltd. (“Novator”), a strategic online retail
services provider, today announced that it has successfully re-launched the online ordering and
delivery Web business for Interflora UK. Interflora is the world’s largest and most popular
flower delivery network covering over 58,000 florists delivering to over 140 countries. The
Interflora UK partnership builds on Novator’s successful 10-year history in the online flower
industry.
