HealthPricer’s daily traffic grows 345% in past year
HealthPricer Interactive, a comparison shopping web site for consumer health care products, hosted visitor number 3 million on Saturday, three months after hosting its 2 millionth visitor, the company reported today. The first million visitors came after 13 months and the second million in five months.
HealthPricer.com has increased daily traffic by 345% over the last 12 months, the company reports, with daily unique visitors averaging 11,134 in August, up from 3,225 daily in August 2006. Total unique visitors to HealthPricer in August were 345,000, up from 100,096 a year ago.
HealthPricer, which allows consumers to search 225,000 products from more than 85 merchants, previously announced a 1,052% growth in revenue from $21,000 in Q1 2007 to $242,000 in Q1 2008, based on preliminary figures.
