Office Depot revamps loyalty program and web site
Office Depot Inc. has upgraded its Worklife Rewards customer loyalty program, including a redesigned web site where members can manage their account and find bonus offers. New offers include additional savings for members on travel services and for shopping retailers such as 1-800-Flowers.
Bonus opportunities are available via the “My Special Offers” link on the newly redesigned web site, MyWorklifeRewards.com, where program members can take advantage of special discounts and offers and find new ways to earn additional rewards.
Online Account Management enables members to manage their account online, check reward status, add a purchase if the Worklife Rewards membership card was not presented at in-store checkout, and update member information.
Office Depot, No. 3 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide, now offers rewards program members 10% back on ink, toner and paper purchases, as well as Design, Print and Ship service purchases. They also can receive an additional 1% back on most other purchases. Office Depot reimburses members in the form of stored value cards good for purchases at Office Depot.
New program features include unlimited rewards, balances that carry over quarter to quarter if the minimum $10 reward hasn’t been reached, and savings on travel, retail, and service purchases through Avis, Enterprise, Budget, Orbitz, 1-800-Flowers, and Ameriprise Financial. 1-800-Flowers.com is No. 34 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide.
