Similarly, the new retail system will smoothly communicate with the industry’s most advanced interactive bike-fitting system, the Fit Calculator, which expands the scope of biomechanical variables to perfectly fit a bike to a customer.
In addition, the retailer will use CWDirect to capture all customer interaction and handle order management, fulfillment, and customer service. CWData will offer visibility into these transactions for reporting and CWAnalytics will convert the raw data into business intelligence through reporting, graphs, and charts. CWStore will be used to capture point-of-sale transactions through the Little Rock retail store.
