Direct Revenue Appoints Andrew Reiskind Chief Privacy Officer
Policy Expert to Lead Direct Revenue Standards and Practices Efforts
New York, NY—June 30, 2005 – As part of an ongoing commitment to establishing best industry practices and standards, including current compliance with proposed federal legislation such as HR 29 (“SPY ACT”), Direct Revenue today named the company’s General Counsel Andrew Reiskind as Chief Privacy Officer. In his dual capacity as its General Counsel and CPO Reiskind will have complete oversight of the company’s privacy and disclosure policies and practices. A 1991 graduate of Columbia University Law School, Reiskind previously worked as an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and as a specialist in intellectual property law for Fortune 500 corporations. Most recently he served as assistant general counsel for Modem Media, an online advertising agency where he developed privacy and data collection practices.
