Refinery Continues Unprecedented Growth with 34 New Hires Since January

Thriving Interactive Firm Doubles Head Count Over Past 18 months

Hatboro, PA – July 7, 2005 -- Refinery, one of the Top 25 interactive agencies in the United States, today announced that it has hired 34 new employees since January, nearly doubling its head count in the last 18 months. The firm has grown from 78 people at the end of 2003, to 121 at the end of 2004, to its current number of 159 employees. The new hires are a direct result of five new client wins along with the expanded scope of several existing client relationships. The growth validates Refinery’s focus on regional business and user-focused approach to interactive marketing.

The new hires range in function and level throughout the organization, reflecting the depth of work Refinery performs along the interactive marketing spectrum. With a roster of clients that already includes area giants such as Campbell’s Soup, Comcast and Commerce Bank, Refinery recently added several more top tier regional organizations in the financial services, healthcare and business services sectors. Among new clients are Aramark, Apple Vacations, GMAC Bank, and InfoUSA.
