From its home page consumers can "shop the story" from a series of high-fashion photos akin to a Vogue layout. As each photo appears, consumers can click on the corresponding products listed beneath it, adding, for example, a $3,400 Valentino mini-dress to their cart. Hovering over the photo prompts a window that shows what sizes the product is available in, as some couture products are available only in limited sizes. In addition to a handful of studio product images, if a product appeared in a designer's runway show MyTheresa.com includes a photo of that, adding a dash of exclusiveness to the visit. Although consumers must pay for outbound shipping, return shipping is free.
