Empathica picks a new marketing leader

Customer experience management company Empathica has named Sherri Kolomayz as director of worldwide marketing. She will work in the company’s Toronto office.

In her new role, Kolomayz will develop and execute global marketing. She is charged with enhancing the company’s online presence by helping create an updated web site and by employing social networking tools.

"Sherri has a results-driven methodology to marketing with a successful track record that Empathica can use to increase our position in the marketplace," says Mike Amos, CEO and president of Empathica. "She brings more than a decade of experience working to produce comprehensive marketing campaigns and is ready to bring those skills to Empathica."

Before joining Empathica, Kolomayz worked with Infor—most recently as senior marketing manager. In that role, she marketed Infor's workforce management and customer relationship management product lines. Before Infor, Kolomayz held marketing roles at Workbrain and Rand Worldwide.

"I am very excited to join Empathica and look forward to working toward results that will help further develop the exposure of the company's many CEM programs," says Kolomayz. "Empathica's data-driven customer feedback solutions are a great resource to the large, respected brands that are looking for insight on how to enhance their customer service and grow revenue. Our continued marketing efforts will reflect the top-level quality those brands have come to expect from our own company."
