Retailer Redcats USA has appointed Jay Berlin CEO of The Sportsman’s Guide. Berlin’s retail experience includes 20 years with Fingerhut and Northern Tool. He has been involved in the health care insurance industry for the past several years.
His retail positions have included marketing management at Fingerhut and C.O.M.B. Corp. After Fingerhut, he was senior vice president of catalog and e-commerce business lines for Northern Tool & Equipment, No. 74 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide. He also has been president of consumer health products for Ovations and executive vice president of innovation and business development for United Health Group Alliances.
