Michael Beveridge as been promoted to vice president of business intelligence and monetization at e-commerce transaction security service buySafe Inc. In his new role he will lead all statistical analysis and performance measurement for buySafe and drive revenue growth for the company through optimization of its products, the company says.
Previously, Beveridge was senior director of business intelligence for buySafe, having launched that division within the company while developing the company’s analytics framework and testing capabilities.
Before joining buySafe, Beveridge held several positions at credit card issuer Capital One, including director of IT management, director of direct marketing and director of strategic infrastructure. Prior to Capital One, he was an analyst at Booz Allen & Hamilton. He started his career at Salomon Brothers, a Wall Street investment bank now part of Citigroup.
“Michael’s analytical and operational skills have played a key role in our success to date and this promotion recognizes his strong leadership, business acumen, and his successful track record for delivering outstanding results,” says Jeff Grass, buySafe CEO.
BuySafe also announced that eImprovement.com, which operates a network of e-commerce sites, has implemented the buySafe trust solution on two of its sites and expects to integrate it into its two remaining sites later this year.
