EmailLabs adds team of three executives with expertise in e-mail marketing

Former executives of Microsoft Corp. and consultants BearingPoint Inc. have joined EmailLabs, a provider of e-mail marketing technology and services, as it strives to expand its market and product offerings.

Matt Bradley, a former manager of business operations at Microsoft’s MSN Hotmail unit, has joined EmailLabs as director of business development. He’ll focus on developing partnerships with both channel and technology partners, the company said.

Prior to Microsoft, Bradley founded and was general manager of Method Networks, a private software company, and has done consulting for NetSuite, Visa and TravelZoo.

Ashish Seth was named director of product management, responsible for further developing the company’s e-mail marketing applications. Seth joins EmailLabs from BearingPoint, where he helped to implement CRM projects for Fortune 500 companies. He also worked on the design and development PeopleSoft’s CRM product suite and has provided consulting services to Sun Microsystems Inc. and other companies.

EmailLabs promoted Jim Herbold from director to vice president of sales, responsible for setting global sales strategies and forming new sales channels. Prior to EmailLabs, Herbold was director of business development at AboveNet. He has also worked for the National Computer Board of Singapore.
