Much of the discussion of video on web sites centers around what content engages customers the most. But creating videos cost effectively and managing them on the site are problems e-retailers must solve. What should retailers expect to pay to produce an online video? What are the technical requirements of getting videos online and ensuring a good customer experience with them while avoiding any diminution of site performance? And once videos are on your site, how do you maintain them there?
