A recent Internet Retailer survey of online merchants revealed that more than 75% do not test their page designs. Yet the experience of those who do test shows that frequent testing and tweaking is one of the most effective ways to improve conversion rates. With today's technology, there is no reason that even the smallest of retailers can't test site design often. This session will help retailers understand what they should be testing from a design point of view, how to interpret results and make changes, and how to find cost effective ways that will keep test data flowing without breaking the bank.
