Web Design '08 Conference Speakers

Johanna Murphy leads a 60-person User Experience and Design practice at e-commerce agency GSI Interactive. The group provides creative, user experience, user research, usability and front-end technology services to clients. She also designed and manages GSI's in-house Usability Lab research and testing facility. Johanna previously held managing director roles in the User Experience practices at Scient and SBI/Razorfish. She was one of Scient's earliest user experience professionals and helped to define its offerings and approach. Prior to joining GSI in 2006, Johanna was director of business development for KidsHealth.org.
