Penney Direct John Moser oversees the User Experience, A/B Testing, Customer Service, and Search teams for jcp.com. jcp.com is JCPenney's fastest growing shopping channel, with $1.3 billion in sales during 2006. The User Experience is primarily responsible for research, design, and usability testing all site features including cart, checkout, search, product navigation, and product presentation. The A/B testing team focuses on developing methodologies and tools to measure and optimize site features and enhancements. Prior to joining jcp.com in 1999, John was responsible for JCPenney's business-to-business website which provides key business information that is shared between JCPenney buying teams and suppliers. |
