Director of Research, Internet Retailer As part of its ongoing series of surveys of online retailers, Internet Retailer asked online merchants about design and usability functions at their web sites. Mark Brohan, Internet Retailer's vice president of product development and research, will report on the results of the survey that revealed such insights as the extent to which retail sites offer advanced features, how certain sites use rich media applications and retailers' top priorities for site design and usability in the coming year. |
