President, the e-tailing group, Inc. Lauren Freedman has spent 10 years researching features and functionalities of web sites. She will report on which features she believes are mandatory today, such as providing greater product detail, allowing product comparison and offering alternative suggestions. She will also build on her experience to predict future gotta-haves. |
