With consumers accessing sites by different browsers, using different computer operating systems and bringing all levels of skill and knowledge to a site, a retailer runs the risk of alienating a significant number of users if the retailer isn't aware of all potential obstacles to successful site navigation. This session will tell retailers how to assess a site's usability and how to remove obstacles. |
