Vice President, Product Management, American Greetings On the Internet, there is no such thing as resting on one's laurels. Customs and designs change so fast that retailers must always assess their sites and their sites' effectiveness—even if they've just launched a redesign. This session will help retailers keep up with what's happening on the web and help them understand when a site needs freshening—or a whole new design. Our speaker, who has overseen the redesign and refinement of American Greetings' web site, will address such topics as: How to research what others in your category are doing and how successful they are at it; how often to tweak the design; and how to know when you need a new design. |
