Jon Paisner is an analyst in Yankee Group's enabling technologies services provider group. He specializes in m-commerce, focusing on the competitive landscape, market segmentation strategies and emerging technologies. Prior to joining Yankee Group, Jon was associate controller at Ricoh Corp. Jon holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in marketing from McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley College.
