Ina Steiner co-founded AuctionBytes.com in 1999. AuctionBytes reports on multi-channel marketing and e-commerce news for small retailers. In 2006, McGraw-Hill published her book about eBay research data, "Turn eBay Data Into Dollars." Ina was previously operations & product manager for BiblioData where she launched the "Newspapers Online" directory and "The CyberSkeptic's Guide to Internet Research" Newsletter.
