Arthur Frischman is responsible for day-to-day operations of PCSecurityShield, which was sold to iS3 Inc. in late 2008, including every aspect of e-commerce from site and service operations, to development, finance and marketing. He oversees a multi-million dollar, multi platform, PPC budget. Arthur has launched and sold several companies, including Blogster and Yugster and more recently, StarReviews.
