Bob Barrett, Director of Consumer Content Distribution, Hazelden Foundation
Bob Barrett manages the Hazelden Foundation's online bookstore, the consumer print catalog market and a retail bookstore. He joined the Hazelden Foundation in 1997 as a direct marketing analyst. Through focusing on improving the customer experience, Hazelden has been able to drastically improve the performance of its online bookstore resulting in more engaged customers and more sales. |
