Tracy Schneider has been with CWDkids since its web site launched in 1997. As vice president for marketing & operations, she oversees both the catalog and online marketing efforts for the children's clothing retailer. Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, the family-run business has begun to think of itself as an e-retailer with a catalog—Children's Wear Digest—rather than a cataloger with a web site as a result of dramatic sales growth in the online channel over the past five years. Tracy is directly responsible for creating the strategic plan and managing CWDkids.com, No. 350 in the Internet Retailer Top 500.
