Matthew Poepsel leads the professional services team for web application experience management company Gomez. This includes Gomez's benchmarking service, which gives companies insight into their web performance vis-á-vis their competition. Matt also pre-sales engineering, consulting and educational offerings. Matt joined Gomez in 1999 and has been director of product management and business development.
